Your copies, included. Not billed by the page.
Most copier bills creep up every year. Ours do not. We size your monthly volume into one fixed payment — equipment, service, parts and toner — and it is the same number in year five as it is in month one.

Order or reportMost copier problems are contract problems
The machine is rarely the issue. The issue is a five-year agreement nobody read, an escalator clause nobody flagged, and a service number nobody answers. We built ASR around fixing that.
- Your volume, written into the dealWe size the included pages around what you actually print, so the monthly number stays the monthly number.
- You pick the term36, 39, 48 and 63 months. We show the payment at each one instead of steering you to the longest.
- One person who owns the accountThe same local contact handles your quote, your install, your training and your service escalation.
- A second opinion on what you already signedSend us your current agreement. We will read it and tell you what it actually says — including when it auto-renews.

Your copier bill is supposed to stay the same
The most common complaint we hear about other providers is not the machine — it is the annual increase. A service rate quietly goes up 10–20% every year, and by year five you are paying a number nobody ever showed you when you signed. ASR does not do this. We honor our flat rate for the whole term, and we will put that in writing.
- We do not do annual increases. At all.Not a capped one, not a small one. We honor our flat rate. The number written into your agreement is the number for the full term — year five costs exactly what year one costs.
- The only variable is overage, and you agree it up frontIf your real usage turns out higher than the allowance you asked us to write, the pages beyond it are billed at the per-page rate set out in your agreement — a number you saw and accepted before you signed, not one invented afterwards.
- We will read your current agreementSend it over. We will tell you what your escalator clause actually says and what it will cost you before your renewal window closes.

Straight answers, before you call
Equipment starts at $45, $75 or $125 a month depending on the machine — that is the bare minimum, equipment only, with no copies in it. On top of that we size a monthly page allowance around what you actually print and write the whole thing into one fixed payment covering service, parts and genuine Kyocera toner. If you are not an ASR customer and just want us to service a machine you already own, you pay on usage instead, or take a fixed monthly service plan — whichever suits you. The price builder puts a real number on all of it in about thirty seconds.
No. ASR does not apply annual increases — not a capped one, not a "small adjustment." We honor our flat rate for the entire term, and it is written into your agreement. The only thing that can change what you pay is overage: if the usage you gave us turns out to be understated and you run past your agreed allowance, those extra pages are billed at the per-page rate written into your agreement — a figure you saw and accepted before you signed, so it is never a surprise.
It means the pages you print each month are already paid for inside your monthly payment. We look at your real volume — say 8,000 black & white and 1,200 color — and write that allowance into your agreement along with service, parts and genuine Kyocera toner. You get one predictable number instead of a lease payment plus a service invoice plus toner orders.
We start with 36, 39, 48 and 63 months. A shorter term means a higher monthly payment but you refresh the equipment sooner; a longer term lowers the payment. All terms are subject to a qualified lease with approved credit, and we will show you the payment at each term so you can choose rather than be steered.
Yes. We rent machines to new businesses that are not ready to commit, and we do short-term rentals for temporary offices, project sites, events and seasonal overflow. Tell us the dates and roughly what you will print and we will quote it. See rentals.
We are based at 121 East Jericho Turnpike in Mineola, New York, and serve Long Island, the five boroughs, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut. For qualifying organizations headquartered in New York with multiple sites, we coordinate equipment and service across locations under one point of contact.
In many cases, yes. After an inspection confirms the machine's condition and meter, we can put it on usage-based service — you pay for the pages you actually run, at a rate we confirm in writing once we have seen the machine. Send the model and serial number through the service request form and we will tell you straight away whether it qualifies.
On equipment covered by an ASR agreement, yes — genuine Kyocera toner, service labor and replacement parts are all covered. You request toner when the low warning appears rather than buying it separately. Paper, staples and specialty media are not included.
Two things. First, a lot of issues get solved without a visit at all — we will do a FaceTime or video call and walk your team through it live, which is usually faster than waiting for a technician. If it does need hands on it and the machine cannot be repaired on the spot, or it is waiting on a part, current leased customers get a loaner so your office keeps running. That is at our discretion and depends on availability, but it is a normal part of how we work, not a favor.
Machine-related support is covered by your agreement. If the problem turns out to be IT rather than the copier — a network change, a server, workstation configuration, something upstream of the machine — that is billed separately from $250 per visit plus parts. We will always tell you which side of that line a problem falls on before we do the work.
